Please Note: All of our products are made to order and fully customizable to meet your unique vision. Standard custom orders typically require 1–2 weeks for processing and production. For fully custom designs not listed in our shop, additional time may be needed to ensure quality and attention to detail. We appreciate your patience and support as we handcraft each item with care.

Fragile Item Handling Policy

We take great care in clearly marking products that require special handling with “Fragile” warnings. Customers are responsible for following all handling and care instructions provided at the time of delivery or included in the packaging.

Please note: We are not liable for any damage that occurs as a result of mishandling, improper storage, or failure to observe the “Fragile” warning. Refunds, replacements, or repairs will not be issued for items damaged under these circumstances.
